3.2 By using the Services, You grant Pubby a perpetual, nonexclusive, world-wide, royalty free license to display content you provide (a “Submission”), which includes without limitation the right for Pubby to publicly display, host, index, and cache your Submission, and to create derivative works for sole purpose of promoting your book, the Site, and the Services.
3.3 Please report any violations of copyright to support@pubby.co.
4. Using the Site
4.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or its Services.
4.2 Books must be published and live on Amazon to be eligible for our review programs. No pre-orders will be accepted.
4.3 We have the right to remove users from the program for any reason and without notice, at our sole discretion, without refund.
4.7 By using our Services, you consent to having your email address collected. Pursuant to our Privacy Policy, your email address will never be shared with a third party.
4.8 All reviews must comply with Amazon Community guidelines.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
5.1 The materials on this web site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law.
